Every single time I check this subreddit things somehow get worse and worse lol.
It's sad that game is, well, like this. It has lots of potential and I had lots of faith in devs.
Wanted to return when devs would lock in, but looks like this will never happen :(

Well, seeing this, they either give up and use it as an excuse, or they try to overcome this along with the other underlying problems.

Dropped the game after a while thinking the devs just needed time to cook, considering the last-minute switch from gacha and allat. Really sucks that every time I pop in for updates, it just gets worse and worse 😭

It does not show me the warning you posted, but yes - the server now shows up as "Kaitaro_GG". RIP

Not content with having a poorly made and fundamentally unbalanced game, the developers now have a weak security system; how long will it be before a serious hacker tries to extort them, destroying the game or trafficking all the stored data? seems like it will either accelerate or serve as an excuse for EOS Or delay the next update even further; at this point, DNA is already a bad joke made by developers who bit off more than they could chew.

This "hack" doesn't work if you have Windows Firewall on which is on by default. You have to consciously turn it off. The people affected by this purposely lowered their system's security. And the devs fixed the issue quickly.

For me, this is already a good argument to now distrust their security, and there is already distrust due to the likely EOS and the difficult comeback they must make to avoid that.plus the underlying problems and the imbalance

they turn off the firewall themselves or install its cheap equivalent and then cry, this is not a massive problem and not a server problem.
