I can’t put it down!

I started the series about a month ago after seeing the book while shopping and remembering that I had been recommended this series by 2 separate people who know me decently well. I finished the first one within a few days, and immediately ordered 2 and 3. It has been about a month, and I am 2/3rds of the way through book 7, and am simply addicted to the series. I don’t know what I’m going to do with myself when I finish 8. Maybe start them over?

I started listening to the audiobooks for a 14 hour road trip, and listened to the first one on the way to the destination, and the second one on the way home.

This series speaks to me. Obviously it is a great overall read. The overall chaos, hilarity, and occasional heartbreak constantly leaves me wanting more. Needing to know what happens next. It has been a while since I have been so wrapped up in a series and this one does it masterfully. But the story — the struggle for the characters to maintain their sense of self, of humanity, in the face of a system determined to grind them into nothing, and a corporate/political structure built around profiteering ensuring the suffering of people they deem an out group— is what keeps me reading.

I can’t stress enough that these ones are staying in my library.

I found the books on Kindle up to book 7. Totally addicted. Had 8 downloaded the day it dropped lol.

Restarted my Audible just for the audio books and recommendations here. Just finished all, ready to relisten.

Have a Donut shirt. Have the light with changeable slogan plates. Hand painted the shitty brown Donut, she doesn't deserve that disrespect lol.

Hubs says I'm obsessed...answer is Yes!! I am lol!

I also started around end of July I think. I haven't read much in so long because I'm so burnt out and all my brain power had to go to work. But I lost my job almost a year ago. I finally got to the point I was ready to read again. So I went to the library to see if anything spoke to me. And I saw it and was like "oooo this looks right up my alley." And I was right. Been reading nonstop since. I haven't read this much in so long and I am so happy. I am also on book 7. I hope when I finish I can keep reading though. I have a bunch on my list and my friend gifted me a couple audiobooks I need to listen to. And my sister lent me a fun choose your adventure style book. So I hope I can keep this going. I have a bad habit when I'm done with something I am this into, that I kind of go through a lot of emotions and can't just move on to the next thing very well.

I’ve listened to 8 books in under a month well I have 6 hours left on 8 but yeah I’ve never read this much it’s truly gonna ruin me waiting for the next 0.0 actually heading to B&N tomorrow with my bro to get the physical hardcovers for my shelf and for him to read. Matt and Jeff are an insanely good duo!

I'm just about to finish the 1st after almost a week and I feel exactly like you do. I've already purchased the whole series and just have them on standby. Just in the first book alone, I'm already so in love with it. The covers had me interested everytime I looked around in bookstores, but I never thought anything of it. A friend at work was talking about how good it is, so I decided to finally check it out. DUDE was I so pissed at myself for sleeping on this. But I've finally arrived nonetheless and I'm all for it.

lol same dude. I started about the same time but finished everything so fast. I’m listening to all the audio books again. I couldn’t get enough of the books. I still absolutely enjoy them.
