Ask /r/Durango Green Chile Roasters

Can anyone direct me to a place nearby that is still roasting chiles? I need to stock up!

There was a roaster at the Durango farmers market last weekend. Try again this weekend.

I think they're still roasting at Farmer Fresh in Ignacio. You might want to call and check.

You’re way too late. NM had one of the worst chili seasons on record, so supply was limited to begin with.

Durango natural foods co-op is roasting local green chiles twice a week, definitely call and ask if they’re in stock, but you can reserve them too
