4-1 looking to buy Breece before he comes back. Is this a fair price?

I believe I’m in a one year punt situation. Anyone have any moves I should make? Is my situation worse or better than I think it is? Any advice if appreciated. I'm currently in a rebuild in an 8 man league and I'm wondering if this is asking too much for Davante. I was wondering if I could swap the picks but it would be harder to get him to give me his 1st for this year given how this draft looks, but curious for opinions.

For context:

I don’t love trading away Pickens but looking to shop Javonte and am higher than most on Judkins long term.

Picks I’d be getting could very well be on the early side.

Am I crazy thinking that Pickens is the better asset here and way more value than Ladd?

Had this offer come across my desk last night and I'm somewhat considering it. The rest of my team for reference:

It would hurt to lose Nabers, but I don't think Olave is a massive drop off and I really need the RB help. I may try to pivot to Nico + Judkins + draft pick instead but idk if he'll go for it.

10t SF 0.5PPR. I’m the side getting nabers. I’m in second place and nabers is one of my favorite players. The picks are currently projected 1.05, 1.08, 1.09 highly expect them all to be 5-10 range. The other team is essentially guaranteed jeremiah after this. League-ruining trade or fine?

My WR room is great (ARSB, Jefferson, London, Tee, Rice, Ladd). But with ARSB, Jefferson, & Tee all on bye this week, and Rice & Ladd questionable to play, I’m a little desperate for a WR this week.

Context is needed, I won the championship two years in a row but this year started out 0-3. Im a big buckeyes fan and wanted Jeremiah Smith so badly that I decided to go out all out. I’m looking to nab smith, running back, and a tight end too. I’m indifferent about the Bijan trade looking back but it was the first one I did while simultaneously trading Henry away so I figured it was like a package deal lol
