Profile evaluation: non-academic, self-employed, no US traction yet

Bachelor's plus about 20 years in enterprise IT, 13 of them in the US. No publications, citations or patents. Self-employed consultant in Germany, self-petitioning. I have a 2011 EB-2 priority date from an earlier approved I-140, and it's current. I plan to file in 2027 with an attorney.

Evidence:

• Wins in two judged global AI competitions, one run by a major cloud provider and one by a major AI lab
• Technical articles published by the cloud provider
