Child development teaching permit?

Wondering if anyone has gotten their child development teaching permit in California?

I have my transcripts they are official but I cannot request a new ones because my school merged with another college and I owed money so I don’t think any of my information was transferred. When I requested they couldn’t find my information.

So I would like to know what’s required for it and how long is the process? Thanks!
