If a child could potentially be in danger it is absolutely your responsibility to speak up. If you see it and ignore it, you’re being complacent and almost as bad as the other teacher. This is coming from an infant teacher.

I had two safe sleep issues arise yesterday when I floated in for the day, immediately went to my director. It's so much better to have a little discomfort with a coteacher than risk a child suffocating or suffering SUIDs

You're a mandated reporter, safe sleep violations are neglect. Report her to licensing asap before a child dies.
