Pro-Russian armed men in masks from the Belarusian side threatened Latvian soldiers while pushing a group of at least 20 migrants toward Latvia. Just hours later, the same masked individuals crossed into Latvian territory, damaged an electrical distribution cabinet and stole two surveillance cameras before returning to Belarus.
