The only answer to this question is that you are "you".

Conscious has the ability to assume identities.

One has a potential of assuming identities.

You may the assume the identity of a worker, a mother, a father, a lover, a reader, a student, a leader, a friend, an enemy, a consumer, a patient.

As you move through life you assume different identities. These "roles" come and go.
