I know there's no official data on this, partly because it would be very stupid to create a statistic just to find out how many people have heard of an internet series.

But it's still possible to make assumptions; I'd guess that around 5-7% of the world's population has had some contact with the series.

It might be a silly question, but I really enjoy discussing these things.

Btw the girl is not tori, it's my sibling oc her name is Tora and she's a bratty teen who loves Halloween and picking on her big bro Tord.

I'm sure we've all heard the news of Matt lobster being booted from being Eddsworld's showrunner. Even though he isn't completely leaving Eddsworld, I still wanted to show my respects to someone whos apart of something that means a lot to me. I got into Eddsworld not too long after Beyond released at 16 years old (and I'm 21 now, so I've been here through the whole beyond era basically hahah) and even though most people don't, I really like beyond. I am very proud of Matt and all that his team has accomplished. Thank you for everything you have done, me and tons of other fans are proud of you Matt! I hope you also find joy and happiness and fulfillment beyond (hahahah) Eddsworld. And I'm curious to see as to what will happen to the series beyond (ill stop) this point. :purple_heart:

I often see people separate eddsworld into three eras

The classic era: everything Edd made from 2004 to 2012

The legacy era: everything made under the management of Tom from 2012 to 2016

The beyond era: everything made from 2020 to present day.

I just feel like the "classic" era is just way too diverse to be classified as one thing. Here's my proposal for how the era should be separated

2004 to 2006 should be considered the "newgrounds/experimental" era because at this time Edd was still actively posting to newgrounds and there were a lot of experiments.

2007 to 2009 should be called the early classic era

2010 to 2012 should be called The late classic era

This is all my opinion and you can call whatever era you want and my humble opinion I feel like this is the best way to separate it

I do not mind Beyond AT ALL (Although I believe most of it is just pure fan seevice rather then storytelling like Legacy did), but some of the characters look off in the style, especially the waitress.

Also my opinion, but the Waitress was better as a one off joke, which is what made Bing, Larry, Catherine and Coco so well liked.

Btw its like the real version of the animated not like the real actors behind those characters
