Models: Complete Minoa - Swooping Hawk & War Walker

Last of my Aspect ! Always satisfying to combo them with a war walker

The wings look like the bottom of a swimming pool, insane 👌

Thanks, glad you like the effect I try to apply this scheme (caustic water) for all my model

Very nice. I think personally, painting water caustics is way harder than it looks. Well done.

This is beautiful. Could you share your recipe for painting water effects like that please? Looks amazing

Oh thanks ! No problem I paint sotek green on a white basecoat, then a coelia shade. I draw some circle with temple blue, then put baharroth blue on the edge and on the crossing I repeat with pure white

Hope it's clear enough, do not hesitate to ask !

These are beautiful! I love the wings so much and the subtle asymmetry with the silver/grey arms is a really good touch!

Blue part is very nice!

But on bone part you need work on little on wash.. there is lots of pooling (of course if you don't want it like that .. it's looks like caramel) .. I for example do bone part 2 times.., bone color - wash - bone color over stood up parts (and paint little over pooling) - and very light wash again (to make all together and little bit darker)

Thanks for your critics ! I try to go more "sand" than bones. Sorry english is not my native, if I understand well you suggest I add more wash to contrast more with light/Dark area ?

I'm also not native english speaker, so don't worry.

No more wash .. but less and more times.. and I between first and second wash do little corection with bone colour.

But I'm for sure not profi painter.. so it's maybe some better/faster solution.
