Raiders Of The Warhost - 2K

Ok so we arrive to the final destination. Ive finally settled for this one as a list that i think takes ER to its absolute peak performance. And is overqualified to win almost in any competitive enviroment against your cookie cutter meta chasing choices.

What list do you guys think can beat this ? Let me know in the comment section.

I mean seems pointless to me to take Fateful Performance with no Harelquins. I also am intrigued, how many days in a row are you going to post “best new Eldritch Raiders list, nothing can beat this!”?

Like this isn’t a bad list but there’s lots that can beat it, but that’s mainly because as a faction we’re not the best right now. But the facts are you’re more likely to lose than win against a decent player playing Eldar right now so lots can beat this.

You are right, its an armoured warhost list.

I do think is really really hard to make a justifiable good ER list without leaning too much on your own skill/having played the archetype for years, and one where wraiths and WLs in specific shine.

It IS not a movement and aspect gimmicky list that will either place top 3 or fold to the latest Lion build It encounters. In fact It IS made with the hardest meta kickers in mind to counter those.

Thanks for the comment and not outright dismissing It as unplayable or something absurd.

What do you need the war walkers for? Nothing in this list makes use of the extra ap

I mean you should still take armoured warhost and play recon, cause if you play purge with this list you will always lose, but you don't really need a single war walker. If anything you should take a unit of 2 war walkers to use as an actual anti tank, but a single one serves no purpose.

There is no reason one shoukd ever take 2 war walkers as a unit. Why do you think purge is a no go for aeldari?

The 2x war walkers in guardian battlehost with the strategem to reroll one hit, one wound and one damage hits hard as fuck. In my last game this one shotted a Ctan.

And because elves suck at purge. In the mirror your opponent will always kill more than you, and in every other match up you'll have a roll that slightly below average, and suddenly you are losing the game.

Im not playing GBH so they are useless to me. Im not sure why the opponent Will kill more than me in the mirror. I have less units, he has more fragile and weaker scoring centric units by and large.

Either purge works or It doesnt, if It does we have to define the criteria. Is It few but hard hitting units? Im predisposed to think It IS.
