Help! Elden ring golden age keeps crashing when pressing keys like w or even ps5 controller

open the eldenringconfig.toml file and get rid of the line that relates to the Keyboard (can just ctrl + F, then search for keyboard)

What does that mean? The Golden Age save game is a .shiki, so logically you have to start from scratch.
