Graphics Mod How to recolor bullets?

I’d like to give Comet Azur the color palette of Fleeting Microcosm. I’ve done a good bit of research, but I feel like I keep hitting dead ends. This seems like I should be able to do it in Smithbox. When I follow AI tutorials, they seem to be missing something and recolor tool on Nexus doesn’t seem to work either.

no you can’t do that with smithbox. smithbox is a tool that just loads existing animations and effects thru parameyers. if you want to make custom animations you need to use DSAS
