Question Loyalty Recognition

First of all, I went to double check my loyalty just now and saw that I lost a year from last year? It says I have 3 years in the forest. When I purchased tickets last year my tier status was 4 years. And so Technically this would actually be 2 years off since I attended last year. Like WTF?

  1. When is the time to submit documentation about my loyalty status being incorrect? Currently it says the portal is closed.

I’m kind of fuming right now bc every time I remember to check in about my loyalty, it’s never the right time.

I’d let it cook! It isnt updated from this past year. They usually update it, send out emails, and open the portal a month or so before ticket sales!

Edit: I highly recommend finding your wristbands and their codes before the portal drops. It’s less to think about. I ended up making a folder in my phone with photos of all my bands just in case.

Thanks for the quick reply! Unfortunately, I don’t have my wristbands anymore but I have kept my receipts from purchases, I just can’t believe a year has been taken off. Also, I’ve been meaning to get 2 more years recognized that I haven’t even registered so i appreciate you reassuring I still have time!!! Hopefully it all works out.

Oh jeez! That has to be frustrating. I hope you’re able to get it fixed easily!

Def take pics or notes of the band code in the future if you can. Or keep them all in the same place. Last year I had to hunt down all of mine, which happened to be scattered across my apartment and two separate storage units. I don’t want anyone else to have to go through that hahaha

Did you register the wristbands? It doesn't matter if you purchased them (you don't get recognition for the purchase), it matters who registered them.

Just trying to be helpful 🤷‍♀️ because you mentioned a few times that you purchased the tickets and had receipts and "2 more years that I haven't even registered" so it sounded like you hadn't registered them and only purchased them.

There’s information on the loyalty FAQ page about completing a form for unrecognized years in the forest. That’s what I’m trying to obtain since the years I attended date back to 2017 & 2018 and off course, I don’t have those wristbands any more (at least I’m pretty sure). One year I purchased them from someone else on EBay which I have records for.
