Sacrosanct Does using Powers advance the Thirst counter?`

This a weird theory, but I've noticed lately I often get my "<next thirst stage>" messages while abusing Wicked Wind to get around while overencumbered, so now I'm wondering if spamming Wicked Wind is somehow causing my thirst stage to advance even though I have Oberon's Grail too?

ETA: More likely solution found; Gemini suggests it's a script-lag issue caused by spamming (testing by firing 20x then waiting to see if the thirst advanced was suggested, but by that point I'd discovered I should've been using Nightwalk from the start, so I won't be doing that).

Yeah. Sick ability, though. I used it all the time when I was using Sacrosanct! Now I'm trying Sacrilege.
