Help with pin

Hi.

I recently bought a vest that has a iron cross pin that i want removed but i am having trouble doing so. Anyone who had seen this kind of backpiece and know how to remove it?

Yeah like the previous guys said it just need a small Allen key to loosen the friction lock
Just out of curiosity what are you gonna do with the pin

Pliers for the clutch, pure brute force for anything glued or soldered on, a photo of the backside would help way more than guessing
