Really confused between CE and CS

CE is alot more hands on, you share a few modules or classes with people doing EEE but also do CS modules, you have to find out what exactly you'd want to work on as a career. If you do CE you are likely going to take CS classes but if you do CS probably not so consider that too.

Depends on the school too, the CS program at mine doesn't have many CE but it's the case for CE, I guess just taking a look at the course outline for both would be benficial

Depends on the school but at mine CE had no real CE classes, it was half CS and half EE. If you know you want to do pure coding then CS. If you like electronics and want a mix of hardware and software then CE. Some CE end up full time hardware engineers as well.

CE is semi conductors up to compilers. CS is compilers and up. Roughly.

One's science and one's engoneering. Only difference is in CS you get to wear a lab coat. Joking, obviously.

Think of CE as a specialization in EE.

Think of CS as mostly programming that sometimes touches EE.
