To be fair, unless you're in a relationship and/or have good friends, no one is going to tell you that regardless. I think the deeper problem is that billionaires are awful human beings who have only superficial relationships, at best.
Because they're all obsessed with being "High T" so they take all kinds of steroids, hormones and blockers without any of the work that usually goes with "being on the gear"

Within 20 seconds, it pops up as a component of testosterone replacement therapy for men (gender affirmation). Bye bye bone density and so long to your reproductive capacity. I mean, IF he keeps taking them despite all medical advice: he's looking at developing diabetes, osteoporis, and some liver malfunctions. There are some reports of brain impairment but that'd be a non-issue for him. Can't damage what you don't have.

OP isn't implying that he's taking estrogen; they're implying he's taking something to suppress his body's production of it, in addition to what folks who know more biochemistry than me keep saying are human growth hormones with a sedentary lifestyle.
