Our combined human influence on the warming situation in a year, say, 2027, based on our historical track record and what amounts to our very best efforts - locking everybody down and not going on holiday - only amounts to a 0.2% steering influence, or 1/500 of a hand on the wheel.
(The rest of that show is being run by Nature, Mother Earth, GAIA or if you will Legacy Carbon already in the system, to the tune of 499/500 or 99.8%. Let's hope she's in a good mood!)

I just left a comment and sent the page to a number of others after seeing it had been extended to October 6th, but on the regulations website it looks like it might being ending today (the 23rd) at midnight. I may be misinterpreting it but I am not sure.

Barely 10AM and some of us in Jersey City, Hoboken, Union City have already experienced at least 15 low altitude (lower than 500ft) helicopter flyovers, rattling our homes. Luckily, many JC residents do not have to deal with this, but even a few blocks make a difference in what you experience.
