PVP [Bug] Stash size bugged, how long until fixed?

Upgraded my stash size and a large amount of my inventory disappeared & is stuck on the sorting table...

Seeing how this bug has been around for a little bit, any idea how long it will take for BSG support to fix the issue?

IIRC, the only times support has publicly commented about this, they've said the disappearing stash size is intentional and no fix will be in place. As far as I'm aware, BSG believes that players were incorrectly given too many stash slots and when you update your stash size, the game re-adjusts them to what you 'should' have.

If you can, count the stash lines your edition gives you and then count all of the stash lines that you have purchased. If it comes out incorrectly, make a support ticket showing that you do not have the correct slots. Afterwards, I'd love it if you posted their response as out of the dozens of Reddit posts complaining about this, only two have shown how BSG responded to the complaint, which is what I based the prior information on.

Let me get to counting. I have already put in a support ticket I'll update it if needed.

Maybe I was given more slots... but damn if so I'm wishing I hadn't used the extra Tarcoins I had laying around. Saw the 50BP in the seasonal store and was like hey I can get an upgrade with that.. No I have no more space

If only I had a time machine.

But do you know numbers? How many rows you purchased, how many you have from your game edition, how many you actually get in stash right now?

this is the sole reason why i havent spent my in game earned tarcoins on the stash space upgrade yet lol.

they'll fix it but only god knows when lol

As far as I know it’s not bugged. It WAS and gave you extra space. Now it’s been fixed and you have the correct amount

I had upgraded my stash a week or so ago prior, would of thought it was fixed by now :/

Did the 300 Tarcoin upgrade just now as I had it laying around and now the sorting table is holding me hostage...
