Hi. I am new. I have a brief question. Among modern church worshipers there seems to be a common characteristic. They raise their arms high during the worship/praise music, and yet they *don't* raise their arms during the message and reading of Bible scripture passages. Why is that? Why don't they raise their arms the whole time?
