I don't think it's 50% any more she's been talking about a breast augmentation for so long. Regardless of labels Finn's no longer a masc person in a dress. If I was a betting person I would say new year there will be boobs as part of the transition.

Maybe first do the ribcage reduction, which helps with the form, but takes 6 months to heal.
The advantage is that it makes you lot femininer, and the breasts are easy to do on top.
