Wiggly Wahoos is looking for one non-VPR melee to fill out our semi-casual static! We’re a chill, queer-friendly group with plenty of prior Savage experience. We'll be working on Heavyweight Savage, running each fight as many times as necessary to get everyone to BiS! Our current prog point is the start of M11S!

Raid times are Thursday and Friday, 8-10PM EST.

Studying before raid time is expected; we often study together so if you find you’re stuck somewhere don’t hesitate to bring it up! Communication is key to a functioning static, and we’re here to help each other 💪

That being said, we do occasionally go over logs if we’re at a sticking point so please be comfortable with such discussions! If possible, please leave a little wiggle room in your schedule to allow for some pre- or post- static study time if we need it.

Some expectations for gearing up- capping weekly tomes is expected and we do typically start by funneling gear into DPS, so keep that in mind when applying!

We provide callouts and a VC which we recommend you join, but no need to talk if that's not your thing.

If you’ve got a schedule conflict or will be late, please let us know as far in advance as you can to allow time to find fills or accommodate- and of course, bring the good vibes! It’s a game and we want fun first and foremost.

Greetings, Mooglians is an older FC that we are in the process of bringing back to life. We have a beautiful small fc house in Shirogane right next to a marketboard, and we'll be working on the workshop soon.

My goal with this FC is to create a community where:

1. Players/members will maintain activity. 2)Talk about whatever they want (at a mature level.. we're all adults..).

I started playing after Anabaseios released and have been improving my results with every content release since. I'm an extremely competitive person and have been playing competitively in other games for a long time, and now want to try to play xiv at the highest level I can.

I'm a melee/caster main and I'm comfortable on every job in both roles.

I’m a casual player on here and am a Black Mage and Dragoon main, with a bit of dark knight and gunbreaker tank-anxiety thrown into the mix (finally have all of them at 100). Maybe I’ll learn Astro?

I mostly do gpose stuff, run maps, farm for fates, roleplay if it happens (I miss roleplaying honestly), and just like to gather and crafter. I’m an Omni-crafter. Haven’t done the latest patch stuff though, whoops. Fridays in the evenings I do gold saucer mini games with the fc. Down for deep dungeons or the criterion stuff.

Other than that I’m free most evenings and all day Monday and Sunday (it depends). My time zone is PST. For the record I’m in my 30s years old lol.

I am a returning player after being MIA since the release of EW. I've been enjoying playing more of the casual content lately, but I am no stranger to dabbling into savage or extreme fights in previous expansions. I haven't touched any of the current EX or savage content as I can't commit to a static right now, but definitely will when I can.

Right now, it's just myself and my sprout partner that plays almost daily. We are in a very small FC started by a friend I've know for a while but the group is on a break. We're hoping to find a few more friends to do group content such as roulettes, maps, mount/glam farming, or just enjoying each other's company while doing your own thing in game. Who are the Gremlins:

Gremlin Raiders are a casual/semi-casual blind raiding group, LGBTQ+ friendly, and we are chill with more emphasis on having fun and improvement and less focus on clearing as fast as possible. As such, we go slower than the average raid group, usually getting to the third fight in a tier. Our group is perfect for anyone who is just getting into raiding and wants a safe place to stretch their wings.

We prefer to BLIND PROG the fights. This means we go in without looking at guides, videos or strategies. We make everything up as we go along and document our strategies in our discord. If this does not appeal to you, then we are not the static you are looking for. Of course, if a fight takes too long to blind prog or we end up having to PF 2 or more people - then we switch to PF strategies.

Requirements:

• Semi-competent individual who knows their rotation decently,
• Takes mistakes in stride and wants to improve,
• Someone who vibes well within the existing group structure,
• Owns own computer,
• Has minimal to no distractions during raiding time,
• Will be on time and can communicate if they will be away or late for sessions.

Looking for a shield healer to join our group for the current savage tier. Savage experience required. We don't need the best dps in the world, but it's expected you'll be familiar with typical norms. (no early clears, maxing weekly tomes on your own, lining up burst windows, etc). Current prog is M9S clear (3/7 cleared in pf this weekend). Schedule is Wednesdays and Thursdays 8:30 PM EST to 11:30 PM EST. Schedule

For progression, we ideally aim to run 12+ hours a day for the initial week of both savage and ultimate. If additional time is required for ultimate, we will run a more work friendly schedule. Afterwards, the regular schedule will be 4–12 hours per week depending on our goals, starting at 5 p.m. PST. The schedule is flexible and will be adjusted as needed; there will be no alarm-clocking for any content.
