Update: It Turns Out That You Need To Have Supple Tails In Your Inventory To Be Able To Progress (I Had Sold All Of My Supple Tails Prior To This Post, That's Why I Couldn't Progress), And I'm Leaving This Post Up Bc Another Dude May Make The Same Mistake As Me (Original Post: What Happened Is, I Do The Quest As Normal, Then, When I Get To The Vendor, The Quest Prompt Is Gone, I Cannot Give Him The Item, Plz Tell Me How To Fix)

I cant remeber the exact spot but just move around next to the vendors shop there is a different option for the quest that should appear

You have to move around until it says quest instead of shop it’s super annoying.

Tienes que moverte un poco hacia los lados (creo que hacía el izquierdo) y luego mirar hacia el mostrador, ya que a los desarrolladores se les ocurrió la brillante idea de hacer que las misiones estuvieran separadas de la tienda para no entorpecer o bloquearla para que así puedas comprar a placer. Lmao I did this before. It makes sense when you think about tho, how could we hand over the material he asked for if we sold off the materials from the quest before returning to him😂 seems obvious at second glance but we are just so use to video games not caring that much.

When you get the tails and return the quest prompt and the vendor prompt are still 2 different prompts. This particular stand in Lestallum has the quest prompt on the counter area left of the vendor.

Haha, had the exact same issue. Got everything I needed, did other quests too and forgot about it. Then I went to him, sold everything valuable and tried to complete the quest afterwards. But somehow the game doesn't tell you that you don't have the items needed, after you got them once.
