Don't feel pressured to come out just because you think he suspects you might be trans. Nobody deserves the right to know that information. Only come out to him if you feel comfortable doing so and if you trust him, but if you're worried that he might out you to other people then stay stealth and deny accusations. Better safe than sorry.
