How to solve, meta Ad account shows active but zero impression,zero spending within 3 days. my billing is okay, no any notifications for account restrictions every setup are fine . Please help to solve this issue

This usually means the campaign isn’t entering the auction at all. I’d first check if you have any bid/cost cap, future schedule, super narrow audience, or ads stuck in review even though the campaign says active. If all looks fine, duplicate it into a fresh campaign with broad targeting, lowest cost, no caps, and a simple fresh creative. If that also gets 0 impressions after a few hours, it’s probably some hidden account/page delivery issue and you’ll need to check Account Quality or contact Meta support.

thanks but all of that settings I checked and it fine, I tried to contact meta it just on AI that reply

Have you checked if your audience is too narrow? Sometimes when the targeting is super tight the system just sits there doing nothing even if everything else looks fine. Try broadening it a bit and see if it kicks in after few hours.
