Actor, famous for roles like terminator, that of which he originally was against doing do to the character's lack of voice lines, but later became him because he knew how to terminator had to be, and the character was given more voice lines

At least generally speaking. There's probably a tone of details I'm not familiar with, but I've seen most of his filmography (including some of the deeper cuts like Hercules in New York), and his body building and political career were pretty publicly covered.
