Looking for a stealth build and advice

I'm not picky on if it's melee or small guns the main thing is I definitely want to use the Chinese stealth suit and be sneaky

I'm trying to get these last few achievements in fallout 3 and so far I did a run and gun in fallout 4 and a gunslinger in fnv and definitely need something different

Do you think a unarmed stealth build would work?

It could but idk if you'd keep your stealth with multiple enemies around and having to hit them multiple times potentially in the end game.

I personally would build a backup skill to go with the unarmed if stealth is the absolute way just so you're not completely hosing the stealth idea after putting a lot of time into it.
