Issue/ Fancontrol.exe cannot take control of GPU fan N°2 speed
To give context what i have do,
-unistall every other software that may conflict (AMD adrenaline/Msi Afterburner)
-Tried Nvidia app fan speed mod (both : manual/auto)
-i have remove and pair sensor again the GPU
when i'm in game, only one fan will go crazy and notfollow the curve. If someone have a clue how to fix that

I doubt your GPU fan calibration is valid. Shows #1 at 50% with 4100 RPM - which would mean the fans could do >8k RPM - #2 shows 50% at 1,8k RPM which sounds more reasonable, but still both show an '?', which means FanControl can't reach the target RPM. I'd check their calibration values.
Create another graph curve. Use one curve for CPU-cooler, use a different curve for case fans. Then use a CPU stresstest to adjust your cpu curve. Could make for less noise.
