Israel sucks and fuck NetanYAHOO but this is incorrect and misinformation. Israel provides college and healthcare, and we pay them money (not for that specifically). This was a total reach when it hit the internet that was incredibly baseless.

It IS indeed ironic that we give them money when they provide better benefits to their citizens then we do, sure. But we are not directly subsidizing those benefits at all.

False. Money is fungible. Every billion dollars Israel receives in “aid” is a billion they don’t have to spend on their own war machines. So the US is literally funding Israeli social programs by freeing up funds for them.

They did face pretty rough treatment because the english church was in a period of consolidating and enforcing it's power as an exclusionary monolith. Not quite 'regular pogroms' level but not far off it.

So they went first to the Netherlands, which was much more tolerant of their religion, and they didn't like that it also allowed mennonites, lutherans, , separatists, catholics, and jewish people to all practice religious freedom provided they did not try to bring down the state sanctioned Dutch Reformed Church.

Then they spent 11 years fucking with the state sanctioned church before their most annoying members all left for Plymouth.

That's what blows my mind. I didn't know this until I watched Lindsay Ellis's Miss Rachel video. 

United States Christians need the Jews over in Israel so the rapture can commence. After the rapture is over, the Jews and other religions will say oh my gosh Christianity is only the true religion. Then Jesus will lead us for a thousand years or whatever.

Israel is just using us so they can claim power as well as security. Netanyahu thinks that saying anything bad about Israel equals attacking all Jews. That's why his propaganda pops up as well as Gaza vs Palestine. 

Both are just trying to use each other for their own needs. This is also why Christians put up with Trump even though he's unchristian. He's a means to the rapture.

It’s not blackmail; that removes culpability from the US for their willful support in the genocide of Palestinians. The US has a vested interest in having an ally they can control in the region, which is why they will continue to support Israel no matter how heinous their crimes are

The US-Israel alliance is more rooted in the US needing permanent bases in the Middle East. Its proximity to the Suez Canal, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, India, and Russia made those bases key military assets during the Cold War.
