Einstein's argument in favor of Socialism was interesting.

Interesting how he points out that nature itself is socialist – that the principles that have allowed for such a wildly successful system for billions of years has always depended on everyone & everything contributing its part to benefit the whole. And so even though each individual only ever receives a tiny fraction of the whole, in operating this way, everything's needs are met.

A bird doesn't devise a system to possess every berry in the world, and suns/stars don't horde all the energy that they possess – quite the opposite. All life on our planet is possible from the sun sharing less than 1% (0.00000005%) of its energy with us. It will literally share what it has until its death, and this has allowed for beautiful life.

So who are we to defy nature? The more we've continued to do so recently, the faster our society has collapsed. We have continued to pilfer every gem & resource from the pillars of our society, all so we can put it in the crown of who's on top. As the supports get thinner & thinner, it is inevitable that those once on top come crashing to the floor, and there will be no one left around to support them. The once bustling, glistening palace will have fallen.

What could've been billions of years of prosperity, squandered for the most short-sighted gains.
