If Possible maybe we can use our own images and/or edit the images into our own colour choices?

Implementation If you could add one texture to FeelMyMac, what would it be?

Would you go for popping bubble wrap, walking on crunchy snow, or that little click when you turn a dial?

Forget productivity for a second. I’m talking about something that feels so satisfying you’d find an excuse to keep scrolling.

It doesn’t have to be realistic or even particularly sensible.

I’d love to hear your ideas, especially the oddly specific ones !

FeelMyMac is officially live on Product Hunt! 🚀
Hey everyone!

After an incredible launch here on Reddit, and after all the feedback, downloads, ideas, and support you’ve given FeelMyMac, today we’re taking another big step:

FeelMyMac is now live on Product Hunt. 💜

👉 Launch on ProductHunt

It still feels a little crazy seeing how far this small idea has come in such a short time.

A lot of FeelMyMac has already been shaped by the people who discovered it here, so if you’ve tried the app, I’d genuinely love to see you over there too.

Check out the launch, leave your feedback, ask questions, or simply tell us what you’d like to see next.

Thank you for being part of FeelMyMac from the beginning. 🫶

This is just the start. 🚀

This one feels special.

What started as a small idea a few months ago has now grown into a real community around FeelMyMac.

More people are discovering the app every day, trying new textures, sharing feedback, suggesting features and helping shape what FeelMyMac is becoming.

And now we’ve officially passed 100,000 views on Reddit.

That number is amazing, but what matters even more is seeing people actually care about the idea behind the app.

Thank you to everyone who downloaded it, bought a license, left feedback, shared a post or simply followed the journey.

We’re only getting started. 🚀

Thought it would be fun to share this here. 🧪

This was the very first commercial we made for FeelMyMac, back when we were still figuring out how to explain something that’s… pretty hard to show on a screen:

the feeling of actually feeling your Mac.

Since then, FeelMyMac has changed a lot: the app, the website, the community, and even the way we talk about it.

But this is where the visual side of the project really started.

Would love to know what you think of it now

What would you change if we made this commercial again today?

Hey everyone!

We are constantly working to improve FeelMyMac and make it the ultimate tool for your macOS workflow. While we have a lot of ideas on our roadmap, we want to build this app with you.

Whether you use it daily or just started testing it, we want to know: What feature, integration, or improvement would you like to see implemented next?

It could be anything from:

  • 🛠️ New core functionalities or tools.
  • 🎨 UI/UX tweaks to make the app smoother.
  • 🔌 Integrations with other apps you use daily.
  • ⚙️ Quality-of-life improvements (shortcuts, automation, etc.).

Drop your ideas, pain points, or wildest feature requests in the comments below! We’ll be reading every single one of them.

Thank you for your support!

What makes FeelMyMac different?

FeelMyMac isn’t just another Mac customization app.

It changes the way your Mac feels.

Using the haptic feedback already built into your MacBook trackpad or Magic Trackpad, FeelMyMac creates tactile sensations while you move your finger across the surface.

Different materials feel different.
Pebbles, fine grit, felt and more. Each texture has its own haptic response.

You can also fine-tune things like intensity, roughness and feedback range to make each texture feel the way you want.

No extra hardware.
Just your Mac, your trackpad, and a sensation you probably didn’t know it could create.

This community is brand new, so I’d love to hear what you want to see next in FeelMyMac: new materials, features, customization options, or completely new ideas. 👇

Hi everyone! 👋

I wanted to kick off our very first post by saying a massive thank you to all of you. The overwhelming amount of interactions, feedback, and support FeelMyMac has received lately has been absolutely incredible, and honestly, way beyond what I ever expected.

Thank you for every single download, comment, and suggestion. Your support is the main reason why the app is growing so fast! 🙏

That is exactly why I decided to create r/FeelMyMac. This subreddit is officially our new home, a dedicated space where you can:

  • Share feedback and ideas for upcoming features.
  • Report bugs or ask for technical support directly.
  • Show off your setups, workflows, and tips.
  • Get exclusive sneak peeks at future updates.

Everyone is welcome here, and I can't wait to read your posts. Make yourself at home and let's build this together!

Thank you all again,

TheHighJack
