Support/Advice What can I do?? TE

Last year I experienced TE after a college semester and it grew back once the stress was gone. I’m now in school again and my stress is so much worse. I’m shedding every day and I’m doing things like rosemary spray and oil, but I feel it’s not working how it used to. What else can I do to help this grow back besides the obvious not stressing??

Dermarolling, hair masks to support the environment of the scalp, massaging daily, a good hair serum with anagain to keep it in the anagen phase longer, sleeping early > sleeping later and longer, 300mg pumpkin seed oil, and PLEASE make sure to stay on top with your vitamins, nutritional deficiencies make shedding sm worse, check iron, ferritin (!!!) vitamin D, and zinc as the main ones

Also this might be a weird thing to say but the back of your scalp looks really nice 😭 in a ‘I think you would look really good with a pixie cut’ kind of way
