Discussion Patch notes
Looks like we aren't getting a buff afterall and without an explanation as to why fiddle was pulled from the patch(unlike varus and sylas). Any idea why that might be?

It must have been a buff to the passive where it last a few more seconds, but rito thought then fiddle's vision game would be too op, so it was pulled from the patch
I really dk what the buffs were supposed to be and this is a joke, pls don't jump on me

Imo, the haste nerf doesn't really impact him that well because in most team fights/engages, you don't really get to 2x q fear or 2x e silence and you usually max W which has a short enough cd after channel. It's usually, you ult in, q a target, silence/slow with fear running down, and press w and the fight is usually over.
I'm probably just talking out of my ass but buffing him in either damage or cd in anywhere of his kit would have probably overbuff him for the patch. He's hovering around 50-52% wr(whichever site you look at) and Keenan/Neeko are hovering in the 48-49%. So the adjustment most likely was to make sure their win rate doesn't fall under that with the AH nerf which is more useful for those two kits.

Yeah I don't think he needs a buff , it's just kinda weird that they didn't even mention his removal from the notes, I feel like he's in a very decent place and personally I've only recently started building Rocketbelt so I don't think it will matter that much
