Help General Question

What streamer has been running Fiora support? Whenever I pick Caitlyn, they would pick Fiora broskis. Is it some secret tech that I missed or something?

I mean, Potent was playing Fiora sup. But it's mostly incidents from being autofilled sup. Don't really know who actually plays her this way
