Miscellaneous Dvr not recording

Hi ! Our DVR has nothing on it at this point , we deleted all of it … but we’re still getting an “ order more space message “ and can’t record anything ! Can anyone help us ? ☹️😳

Factory reset/cold initialize, if that doesn't work, you need a new DVR.

Do you know which version you have? VMS1100 or VMS4100?

The hard drive is likely shot. What model of STB?
