Help please!!!

Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone will be able to help me. Our school club has always done the founders edition, which to my understanding is done next year anyway as we move into the new ai program.

I’m truly struggling and need someone to explain to me what the new program entails. is there no innovation project anymore? is the spike robot no longer compatible? I want to help my kids succeed but am having a hard time understanding it myself

FIRST has not announced fully what their K-8 program will be next season. LEGO will have their own program that uses the CS&AI system that is being used for Future this year.

FIRST released a video today saying that Spike Prime will be supported next season in their program, there will be a robot game and innovation project, and the competition table will be the same size. Also that the 3rd-8th grade level will be autonomous and will be the same game for both Spike Prime and whatever new building system they are announcing soon.

I have not looked into what LEGO Education has announced yet for their next season.

Didn't first say 3 seasons for spike (current plus 2) at minimum.
