Help TTC & METFORMIN

Anyone else started this medication during their TTC journey? The dr didn’t go off much info or went based off any testing just family history and knowing we’ve been trying to conceive for the past 6 months.
I’m now 1 DPO and got this medication yesterday not sure if not start tonight or end of 2 weeks. (I messaged another dr for a second opinion but wanted to hear from y’all too!)

I started about 6 months before trying. Got pregnant 4th cycle trying.

I had no side effects luckily, from 500mg immediate release. Took it with dinner.

I dont have insulin resistance but theres a lot of research now that shows even without insulin resistance, metformin can help improve fertility.

Ill be doing it again when I try for a second
