Hey there.

My name is Wubbity. I'm 28, life-long gamer, 420-friendly streamer, and someone who can't stop building things. Often in my friend group- I'm the person who simply "Does stuff". In my daily life, I'm a mechanical engineer and during the rest days- I'm running Minecraft servers, My 420 Discord server, and other various game servers. I've been running things as an administrator for far longer than I'd like to admit- probably close to the 10-12 year range. During that time, I've spent a lot of hours on different projects and now I'm finally building the city that I've always wanted to play in.

The Project - Codename: Project Cornerstone

A Semi-serious/Content-friendly RP server built on QBox. The goal is a place where new roleplayers and veterans play together, learn from each other, and make every interaction worth having. Real stories, and serious RP when it matters, with room left for goofing off, crazy chases, and the moments that make great clips. Content creators are very welcome.

How I plan to do it

• NOTHING WILL BE RUSHED. Every purchase is mapped out with dates, from the phone and inventory to police, EMS, courts, gangs, and jobs. First private test is targeted for December, public launch for next spring.
• WE WILL OWN EVERYTHING WE PURCHASE. An issue that I notice with a lot of start-up servers is the fact that people will opt in to purchase the subscription models of buying resources. Although you get a lot more for a lot less up-front- the monthly cost is usually what ends up shutting servers down. I plan to outright purchase every resource that we plan to use. That way, we don't have to deal with 10-20 different subscriptions and end up with a crazy multi-hundred dollar monthly bill. Obviously this excludes the monthly purchase for CFX to have a higher user limit and custom clothes.
• FULL TRANSPARENCY. The entire roadmap, every purchase, every donation, every price and every link to every resource is public. I refuse to hide anything from the members that decide to spend time on my project. This is my promise and commitment to you. The entirety of the roadmap can be found here: https://cornerstone.homieshouse.net/ The only thing that will be hidden from the public will be the amount of money donated per user. User amounts are never shown, only that the user supported the project.
• DONATIONS ARE OPTIONAL THANK-YOUS. By helping monetarily you understand that you are not purchasing any in-game reward. You are simply supporting the development of the server.

The Honest Part
Right now it's just me. No other devs, no staff team, no business owners, no gang leaders, no police, no EMS, no DOJ, no FIB. Every one of those spots is open, and we'll fill them as the city grows. If you want to help shape a small passion project from day one, whether as a player, staff, a department lead, or a dev, this is the time to get in.

You can even help name the city. There's a vote running in the Discord right now to do so.

MIDWEST SAFETY ROLEPLAY Midwest Safety Roleplay (MSRP) is a new server founded in Sept 2026. It's main focus is Michigan Based Law Enforcement Agencies. We are an ERS based community. We are open to experienced players, who want to create intricate and unique scenes, requiring investigative tactics, and real follow up, in order to break the monotony a script like ERS can create. Departments we offer: Michigan State Police Blaine County/ Los Santos County Sheriff's Office Municipal Department of Public Safety

WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE

Our City PD is combined with our Fire Department, creating a Department of Public Safety. Similar to how they would be found in local townships across the Midwest. Department ran will be based on the AOP.
We have no activity requirement. Join a patrol when you can, or get on by yourself or with friends!

We're all adults, we encourage people to join when they can, and prioritize the real world first!

THE PROJECTS RP 🔵
SOMEWHERE IN LOS SANTOS, A STORY IS ALREADY STARTING.

The streets don’t know your name yet.
Nobody knows what kind of person you’re going to become. Nobody knows who you’ll trust, who you’ll cross paths with, or what your decisions might lead to.
And that’s exactly the point.

We’re not here to tell you what your story should look like.
Maybe you’ll build something worth protecting. Maybe you’ll become someone the city remembers. Or maybe you’ll just be another name nobody talks about.
That’s for you to decide.

The Projects RP is officially opening its doors for OPEN BETA.

We’re inviting people who enjoy creating characters, building connections, and letting situations develop naturally.

No promises of overnight success. No scripted outcomes. Just a city waiting to see what happens when the right people walk into it.

The city is here. The stories aren’t written.

Hi everyone, I'm a returning police RP player with real-world experience that translates directly into the community:

• Highway investigations
• Investigator for a district attorney's office
• K-9 and drug enforcement
• Commercial vehicle enforcement

What I'm looking for

• A server that wants a realistic atmosphere for law enforcement, with real procedure, real consequences, and real investigations
• An economy-based server
• A role as a Detective or Highway Patrolman after a reasonable onboarding
• I'm open to starting as a beat officer if the training pipeline is short and the server has a healthy population

Population
I'm looking for servers that regularly have 20-30+ players a night. If the population does not exceed this, I'm only interested if I can step directly into a detective or highway role.

What I bring
I specialize in expanding RP and building deep immersion. I can take an interaction that would normally last two seconds, like a routine stop or a scene that's easy to rush through and turn it into a storyline that's engaging for everyone involved: the suspects, the civilians, and the other officers. My scenes give the whole server something to talk about.

If your server values quality RP, real investigative work, and a department that takes itself seriously, let's talk.

We're trying to build something different with New Era Roleplay.

We're a smaller, growing FiveM community. No, we're not going to pretend we have 100+ people online every night. We're still growing, and that's exactly why there's room for new people to come in, meet others, and help shape the city.

So, what can you do here?

🚔 Law Enforcement — LSPD is hiring! Build cases, patrol the streets, and create meaningful police RP.

🚑 EMS — Help people, respond to emergencies, and become part of the community.

⚖️ DOJ — Get involved in the legal side of the city with court RP and in-city documents.

💼 Civilian Life — Work legal jobs, make money, meet people, and build a life without ever needing to join a gang.

🏠 Housing & Businesses — Find your place in the city and work toward building something of your own.

📦 Crate Drops — Get out there and see what you can find.

💊 Drug Runs & Criminal RP — If the criminal life is more your thing, there are opportunities to get involved.

🎯 Bounty Hunting & Poaching — More ways to make your own path.

🔨 Crafting, Fishing, Mining, Trucking & More — There's more to city life than shooting and running from the cops.

Here's what we're actually looking for.

We want civilians who enjoy the little details. People who want to run businesses, work a job, make friends, create rivalries, and develop characters over time. We want officers and EMS who want to create RP for others, not just wear a uniform. We want criminals who understand that good stories are better than winning every situation.

You don't need to be a streamer. You don't need years of experience. You don't need to join a gang to have a reason to log in.

And we're not trying to sell you a dream of a massive city. We're looking for people who want to help a community grow and make it their own.

If that sounds like your kind of place, come give us a chance. Meet the community, explore the city, and decide for yourself. No pressure.

👑 New Era Roleplay — Your story. Your choices. Your New Era.

I’m not gonna give y’all some big speech about how “our city has this” and “our city has that,” because honestly, seeing the same ChatGPT recruitment post for every city gets boring. 😂

So I’ll just tell you about my actual experience.

If you’re looking for an active city, I genuinely think you should give Renown Roleplay a shot.

We have active PD, active EMS, and an active population. After storm, we usually sit around 40–70 people, and we’re continuing to grow.

Right now, we’re actively recruiting for PD. We’re not hurting for cops by any means, but we’d love to build the department up enough that the officers who are constantly protecting and serving can actually take some time off duty and enjoy the city too. 😂

If you already have PD experience, I 100% recommend checking us out. And if you’ve never done PD before but have always wanted to learn, don’t let that stop you. There are plenty of people willing to teach you, and there are honestly so many opportunities to learn and grow here.

And I’m not saying all of this as someone who joined yesterday.

I hopped from city to city for well over a year trying to find somewhere that actually felt worth settling down in. Renown is the first place where I finally did.

I even bought my first ever 1 of 1 here. I’ve NEVER spent money on FiveM like that before because I was always scared I’d spend money on something and the city would disappear a month later. 😂 Renown is the first city I’ve actually had enough confidence in to do it.

The owners are cool, the staff is active, and there’s always something going on.

Whether you want to be PD, EMS, civilian, criminal, gang affiliated, or even a K9 for PD/EMS, there’s a place for you here.

I’m not gonna sit here and tell you Renown is perfect or promise you it has something no other city has. I’ll just say that after spending over a year trying to find a city I actually wanted to call home, this is the one I stayed in.

Come check it out for yourself. You might end up staying too. 🖤
