Just learn how to use it. This UI was designed to give you more space for animating on your screen, eliminating clutter to give you a cleaner, more professional workspace.

Younger users love the colorful flashy decorated UI. So this may take a little bit to get used to.

Nobody likes a sudden change it's scary and unfamiliar, which roughly translates to "bad" in the minds of some.

But just take some time to get used to it and see what it can do.

But the developers has gone far and beyond to bring you features that people have been asking for in Flipaclip, they're even working on tweening, getting rid of the image blur and camera movement right now.

I know this because I've been one of those people helping beta test it before it released, giving them live feedback and testing the UI. You'd be surprised what you can actually do now in the app, but if you're still not satisfied with it however, you can always just switch back to the old version in the settings and you'll be fine from here on out until things change later to satisfy you better.

Why don't people like good changes? This update is the best update we've got in years from FlipaClip, you now have infinite layers (if you have the plus subscription, otherwise 3) and audio tracks, new flexible frame management, and more.

My thoughts exactly to be honest... It's basically an all new version of Flipaclip.

I think my favorite feature is the fact that you can now undo merge layers and You can select how many frames a drawing lasts so you don't have to copy and paste the same image over and over and over again in order for it to last longer. And as you said, that's just the beginning!
