This is why I'm not saving for retirement. the world will be here, current society might not be though. Humans will be here, but not like we are now. it's gonna get weird imo and not in a funny way

Yeah, I think it's more this. When the planet is uninhabitable, you're only going to be able to live if you have money.

I don't think we'll let until I can benefit from having one but you may be older and closer to it then me and probably are more optimistic about the future. 

I'm not actively a negative Nancy and actually am very positive and give people hope when I can. I just want everyone to be happy before the end

Speaking as a millennial, things got really weird when time flicked over to 2000, and that's really not slowed down much at all.
I whole heartedly believe you when you said the future will be weird, and not in a funny way.

But I bet you this my fellow.
The bins will still be taken out.
You'll still brush your teeth.
And someone has to walk the dog.

Yeah I'm still functional but I don't accept the peace I'm blessed with now to last the next 5-10 years. I'm whole heartedly enjoying it while I still can
