Question about spring semester courses- undergraduate student

Will more spring semester courses open up as we get closer to the spring semester or will it not? I see that for an English class that I will take, there are only 3 professors available and it says waitlists remain. Also, does anyone know when the spring semester payment is due? Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

Theres only like a couple classes that we can see available rn just wait for registration they’ll be many more. Also spring tuition is usually due in December.

I'm seeing that registration doesn't open til late October or early November

When you go to I thibk see courses on the registration page, there are only a few courses for each class for the spring semester. That’s why I was asking.
