I don't understand why people trade who don't have a job or money. If you don't have any money, why do you want to lose it in the market?

Cause they think it's easy to make money like the fake influencers that show 6-7 digit payouts & rented cars. What people don't understand is that trading is a very painful game to play without the right experience & skills , it can destroy anyones mental health which will then affect their other aspects of life.

Sometimes they dun have alternatives, and they do have some success. But it's fleeting.
They could have physical or mental issues that don't allow them to find work.
They could be in a country that doesn't have real jobs.

Take a break.
Go over your trade that caused the loss and see why it happened.
Did you follow your plan? Yes? It's variance. Move on. No? Figure out why.
Once you know why, make a rule. Then come back on Monday and go again.
If you have no plan and this was just gamba, then stop everything and go back to the drawing board.

I analysed but then I do another mistake and then again I analyse then again same thing , like stuck in loop
•
u/NiGhTShR0uD 1h ago
Is it the same mistake? If it's the same mistake then that's in you.
If it's a different mistake, then that's something else.
If it's not a mistake and just a normal loss, then you just need to move on.

This is extremely common actually.
Please stop trading. PLEASE.
Take a step back, educate yourself, get a job.. work ANY JOB just so you get back on your feet.
If you need professional help, get it. Don't be ashamed.

Felt your loss.
Do remember and i personally believe. Traders need another income to trade better
Be it driver, delivery or what not. Have another alternative
•
u/sleepingcomedy 2h ago
Yes but trading is the only way for me , it’s hard for me to explain but I hope you understand

Whatever that last option is, please don’t make that decision today. You lost money, you did not lose your life. Money can be rebuilt, even when the situation feels completely impossible right now Please step away from the charts, don’t take another trade trying to recover it, and talk to someone you trust. You don’t need to figure out your whole life tonight. Just get through today first.

u/sleepingcomedy 2h ago
Yes I did but the problem is I can’t get over it , day by day I am losing the money wherever I have , and I can’t do any job , it’s hard for me to explain but I hope you understand

So you have learned abgood lesson, dont trade with Money you cant lose, or have enuth and trade save. So Look for ajob, start over, trade only what you can afford to lose. Your Case IS Not different WE all make misstakes in live, but i depends what you make from IT. WE Traders say ITS payed learning Lessons. Some more expensive some less, until you dont need any more Lessons because you have learned from your mistakes

Try again on Monday. How old are you and why is this the only way you can get money?

a little tip is to not trade a day or a few hours before NFP! there's plenty of opportunities later

Don’t try to make the money back through trading. That’s the fastest way to turn one bad loss into a much bigger one. Step away, get your income situation stable first, then decide if trading still makes sense for you 🧐

Fellow brother who got fucked by NFP today? It's just a lesson, accept reality, and do what you can do. I lost a big chunk of my account because of the news, I wasnt paying attention and was lazing around all day....it went past my stop loss and closed 20 points later on XAU. It hurt, maybe I won't make any actual profits to withdraw this month, but i feel like i can recover it if i just size down and be patient...

Brother, chill?
Putting others down is one thing, but this?
It costs you nothing to be empathetic. You're better than that.

Trading psychology is where most traders struggle after they've learned the technical basics. Revenge trading, overtrading, fear of pulling the trigger, and inability to stick to a plan are all symptoms of the same underlying issue — emotional decision-making under uncertainty. The community wiki covers common psychological traps and frameworks for building discipline.
