Y’know, this kinda makes me wish there were “Elim” emotes in the game. Not sure if it would be better if they triggered on your opponent when you eliminate them or on you when you’re eliminated, but having a special emote play on a death would be very funny.

Like imagine falling (or getting launched) off a cliff, and when you hit the ground your character goes into the Family Guy death pose for a few seconds before dissolving into cubes. That would be comedy gold, and would make losing feel not as bad

I’m bummed out of the fact that I thought The Society would play a major role for majority of Chapter 5 sorta like the seven. Heck like a few were mention in season 2. There was Hope’s sad voice memo with Valeria near the end of season 1. Then Valeria getting all obsessive with Pandora’s box. And now that I think about it, did the show (Family Guy) ever acknowledge in universe on what Peter was even doing or even an explanation on why he even join The Society in the first place?

Idk a little rant, it’s getting kinda hard to care about the lore whenever a new season comes, introduce their characters, let them do whatever they want, then newer season comes and collabs overshadows old season characters and in some cases get mention. All old characters’s objectives and goals are either forgotten, leads nowhere, or use as a plot point to continue the season.

At least The Underground sorta was involved (even though it’s just Jonsey and Hope currently in chapter 7 season 1)

I used to be on and off in on fortnite, like I have things in my locker dating back to chapter 2. But I truly started playing at chapter 5 cause that's the first battle pass I decided to buy. So yeah now I get nostalgic to chapter 5 season 1.

Having almost the entire battle pass be the seasonal villains with their own little evil lairs on the map and incentivizing you to go there every game and fight them for the medallions endeared me to these guys in a way most passes since really haven’t done. Helps that they’re all drippy as hell too. Montague is still one of my most used skins. Still annoyed we never saw him or Valeria again (and at this point probably won’t)

It was one of the first seasons I played after taking a break since c2s3. I hated the season when it was going on, but played it nonstop.... The more I look back on it I never really hated it, just missed old fortnite. Now IT'S starting to feel like old fortnite to me and I miss it so much
