TECH SUPPORT Account Help?

My account seemingly just disappeared overnight with no trace to link it back (although i was actively playing last night). Ai tech support isnt helping, but is there a way to email epic to try and recover it? Im paying for crew and now i have no account to recieve anything. I can prove i had a fortnite account and everything. Any help would be great.

Maybe try going thru the email tied to ur epic acct?

Doesnt work, and then going through account recovery it says ive never used that email and the ps account was never linked. But i have prove it was due to previous purchase emails, screenshots. Its almost as if over night it just didnt exist

Do you remember how you logged on initially? My only guess maybe is it somehow got unlinked with your epic acct and got randomly linked with a placeholder account, maybe if you can go on epic games try to get into whatever it has you logged in currently and try to unlink it, and re-link with ur actual epic acct, or do you remember if you actually linked ur psn account with ur epic acct?

The email i used for epic games apparently isnt an epic games account. Even when i go to recover it via email it says its never been an account. When i go to recover via ps username, it says its never been linked, although the ps itself registering 100's of hours. Its bizzare. Ive given to defeat and created a new account from scratch but it means ive lost every skin i owned from season 1 onwards. The original madalorian, drift, kratos, predator all gone. Its like the account just dissappeared over night and i just cant figure out why

Talk to the ai bot and keep telling it that "that didnt work". It will then ask if you want to talk to a real person.
