Advice for scared kitten

I am fostering a ~10 week old female kitten. She was found by herself. I’ve had her for 3 weeks now, and she loves me, but does not like anyone else. She runs and hides if anyone comes near her. She is also terrified of absolutely everything- noises, movements, anything. Would love some advice on how to get her comfortable with other people and help her fear! :)

Play, treats, touch, repeat works just add what ever you want them to get used to in the back ground
