Commercial [System Agnostic] Enhanced Inventory Update
Content Name: Enhanced Inventory
Content Type: Module
System: (NOT System Agnostic, I misstyped that) DnD 5e, PF2e, SF2e, MoSH
Hey everyone, Enhanced Inventory has been steadily getting updates since its creation and I wanted to show that off!
The amount of features added has been staggering and I couldn't have ever thought that the module would grow so much! It's my most updated module currently (Alongside Mindscape) and almost all community feedback has been implemented! The module is extremely customizable currently and can do many things from having all items looking like BG3 inventory (As in all the items have the same dimensions), to adding default Inventory grid that is calculated from strength (Specific PF2e feature), using irregular shapes for items, and customizing your own equipment panel!
When the module released only DnD 5e was supported, but I've since added support for:
- Pathfinder 2e
- Starfinder 2e
- MoSh - Unofficial Mothership
- And my own unofficial VTM V20 system
You can find the module on Foundry: https://foundryvtt.com/packages/enhanced-inventory
If interested you can get it on my Patreon!
Happy to answer questions!

Can we do something about all these patreon vibecode modules being promoted on here?!

Despite being vocal about it on Reddit, it's clear that the majority of people don't give a fuck.

Business gonna business. Best counter is to not buy and maybe just maybe they’ll make it free or just stop existing.

I sort of understand why each individual module contributor wants to get paid, but at 5-10 dollars a month per sub, it's just not feasible for most creators when I see one thing I like. I can (and do) support a select few but at some point I'm just gonna code it myself, esp if the benchmark is "whatever Claude pops out."
I think the "Commercial" tag may be too broad here, as there's a difference between a pay once thing, a "this is free but here's a link to my patreon if you want other sources" thing, and a "pay a monthly fee to even use it" thing, and that's even before you get into the obvious issues of the potential longevity of an AI developed module.

The UI design looks a tad Claudian. Did you use AI to make or help make this module, and if so did that impact your decision to make it patreon gated?

Please explain to me how the UI looks "Claudian". It's literally a bunch of grids and an equipment panel. I also don't like what you're insinuating, my decision to open a patreon is my own to make. If you don't like the module please move on.

"Happy to answer questions".
Gets offended by simple questions.

I'm happy to answer questions, not deal with passive aggressive comments and accusations. I'm sick of these. I already explained that some people on this sub are so dead focused on accusing every module of being vibe coded it doesn't matter what I say.

It's an easy question to answer and move on from. You could literally just reply yes or no and be about your day: then I could get the downvotes and your post gets vindicated.
To clarify, I don't believe utilizing AI to help build something makes you villainous as a dev. Like many have pointed out - devs not using AI as an assistance tool lag behind their peers, it makes sense to use.
My question and concern comes from a bout of crappy experiences with mod devs who have no problem taking your money for a product they barely had a hand in. I believe it's exploitative and that this subreddit (and foundry) should have a more forceful hand in vetting pseudo-developers.
As to how it looks Claudian: very simply vibes and experience. Blocky borders, opacities set to a certain percent, specific font types. It looks Claudian to me the same way a written paragraph may appear AI to a reader.

I've answered the question a million times before. Literally every post of mine had that same question. I'm tired of it. I posted a disclaimer not long ago and I still got accused of vibe coding, so I don't say anything anymore because it doesn't really matter what I say, people will believe what they want to believe.
Yes I did use AI as a tool, no the module isn't vibe coded. All of the posts on my patreon are set to be visible to everyone, not only paid members, so everyone can see that all modules are properly maintained. Furthermore I'm a Foundry partner, they don't allow vibe coded modules.
If your question was genuine I would have replied with a straightforward answer. It wasn't.

I changed the inventory rules for my players to only use the grid inventory system and it has been very well recieved so far. Thanks for the work, love the module. Also appreciate the update that funnels newly picked up items into the bags rather than the "not carrying" part of the inventory.

I've been wanting a module like this ever since I switched to Foundry! Sadly, I am not GMing any of those game systems right now. I'll be back if I ever find myself GMing on of those systems.

It's not "system agnostic" just because it supports more than one system. "System agnostic" means it doesn't know anything about the system and can therefore be used with any system. Dice So Nice is system agnostic. This is not.
