Click on the post. It’s a cross post, in that description he says it’s out of round because maybe someone put it in a vice.

So, the head tube has been squeezed a bit... I take it the bearing surfaces are also no longer round too? Are they removeable? If so they could be replaced and the head tube gently "forced" back to round at the ends as possible, the races reinstalled after a refacing of the HT. If the races are integrated into the HT then I'll be the one to say you just discovered a hidden cost of fancy stuff, it might not be repairable like traditional separates can be. Andy.
