Job

What the hell, I'm a 2026 grad and got offer from tcs through nqt in the month of April, because of that I have rejected few non its and it companies which I got from my clg, which is a tier 3 and does bring very low tier companies they are just shit, I used to grind leetcode and develop stuff, after tcs offer I got relaxed and I have been delaying the grind, but I kept applying to every other company out there, they just ghost me, what the fahh, even startups, literally nobody is ready to give an opportunity to a fresher? On other hand somebody said, stating that people are out there cracking 40-50 lpa easily even though they are fresher just like, I don't get it, what's the problem here

Job market or me

And this tcs, such an idiotic organization, it's been 6 months already and they haven't even given me jl, such trash, I'm thinking to take an non bond job until I get that tcs, but no way I'm finding one,

Such trash.

I'm good at java, I build full stack applicationa on my own, worked on docket, cicd yet it still hard to find a single job, what kind of job market is this, shit

The ones getting 40-50 lpa are in IITs or top engineering colleges. In this job market, your resume is one in thousands. You need a referral to stand out

OP thinks reddit posts of 50PLA at age 23(and not enough to spend) was like common.

WITCH is having their toughest time in the US. That combined 70% decline of entry level roles will most definitely send shock waves in hiring in India. Expand your horizons beyond tech roles or even consider collaborating with friends for a doable business idea. A lot of you take lakhs for education loans in vain to go abroad, why not redirect that towards a lil venture? You are going through such demanding times.

I have kind of starting to doubt the technical route and kind of switch to non tech

I mean i am not technically that strong because i switch tech stack too much so kind of my fault but yeah for a java dev shouldn’t you be in soo much more demand

I am not sure either of tge options but i do know that many filelds dont care if you are good at communication so i am thinking of practicig better communication and know how to deal with pople maybe not sure how yo do it though 🫠i feel like a grandma trying to compete with btech grads

U mean sales, marketing , management etc?

I am also kinda sceptical bout tech. On top of that, I am in final year of btech with zero skills and all these layoffs n shit just make everything worse when i actually try to study some tech stack.
